Who are we?

Liquitax® is a specialist tax consultancy. Our specialism is where tax and insolvency meet. We are often called upon to give a second opinion where a company's existing accountant has suggested liquidation or administration to solve a tax debt or where HMRC have issued a winding up petition. Headed by a Forensic Accountant, we are a unique consultancy working to avoid insolvency. 

What do we do?

We investigate the basis of the company's insolvency and using our specialist knowledge we identify alternatives to formal insolvency. We can work quickly to save your company and resolve tax debts which otherwise would cause the failure of the company. This service was launched because existing accountants are often conflicted by the fact that they have acted for some time and Insolvency Practitioners often simply act as an 'order taker' for placing the company into insolvency without considering any alternatives.
